To be recognised as a competitive, inclusive and sustainable club that supports the sporting, career and lifestyle choices of its members and is well respected as a contributing member of the broader community.

Background
- Royals was established in 1949 – 70 years ago.
- Royals Juniors teams started playing in 1961
- The Royals Womens team started playing in 1992
- Royals field Rugby teams in all 7 senior divisions and 15 junior age groups
Aims
To foster Rugby in Woden Valley, Weston Creek and Molonglo Valley
To play Rugby in a safe and inclusive environment that caters for all
To treat all people equally
To be an inclusive club where everyone (players, supporters, officials and sponsors) is welcome and valued
To be a club where everyone (players, supporters, officials and sponsors) is encouraged and supported to be ‘the best they can be’
